RedCat Devices products are both stand-alone components and libraries. Stand-alone components are mainly SRAMs, PROMs and ADCs/DACs while libraries include standard cells, embedded SRAMs and I/Os in several manufacturing nodes (from 180nm down to 65nm).
Components are available to end-users in standard ceramic package (CERDIP, CERQUAD or FlatPack) or at bare die level. Optionally they are available at wafer level depending on technology node and on the target foundry.
Rad-hard libraries are provided in the form of IP and include verilog description, liberty views, abstract, layout and everything it is necessary for using most common EDA tools.
RCD favoured foundries are: TowerSemiconductor, X-FAB, IHP, LFoundry and TSMC.
