RedEclipse is a generator of test benches to be used in memory characterizaton. It produces netlists in Xyce, NGspice and Spectre format to be used in extensive parallel simulation with a special focus on PVT analysis and Fault Injection.
The test bench can be prepared described the input signal (CK, Address, Input, etc…) in a digital way through RedEclipse GUI; setup and hold times can be defined and, in case of a Fault Injection analysis, in insertion point can be defined with the LET and direction (from GND to VDD or vice-versa).
RedEclipse can generate a PVT Fault Injection set of netlist to be simulated using Xyce, NGspice or Spectre.
